For what purposes do we process personal data?

Visiting our website

In the case of a purely informative visit to our website, if you not register or supply us with other information, we only collect the personal data transmitted by your browser (operating system, IP address, language…).
These data are necessary technically for us to be able to monitor our website, ensure its stability and security and optimise our product range.

Contacting ETAP-Lab

The data collected via our website are those which you provided when completing our contact or spontaneous application forms, replying to a job offer or sending an e-mail.
Before sending a form, your consent is systematically sought. Without this, your request cannot be processed.
Your data may be stored in a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or similar software.

– Contact form:

The personal data we collect via the contact form are kept throughout the duration of the processing of your request and for as long as our Company is in communication with you.

– Spontaneous application form or reply to a job offer:

When you apply via our website, we process the data transmitted in order to assess your application.
If it is accepted, your data are kept in order to carry out the various administrative procedures between you and our company.
If your application is not accepted, we erase your data at the latest six months after their receipt.

– Sending an e-mail:

When you contact us via the e-mail addresses on our website, we store the personal data you provide in order to be able to answer your questions.

The legal basis is article 6, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, where our legitimate interest results from the purposes mentioned above.

YouTube Videos

YouTube videos are integrated on our website. They are stored on https://www.YouTube.com and can be viewed directly on our website.
No data concerning you as user are transmitted to YouTube if you don’t view the videos.
When you view the videos, some data are transmitted over which we have no influence.

Our legitimate interest results from marketing purposes. To the extent that you consent to click on the video, the legal basis is article 6, paragraph 1, of the GDPR.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses web fonts, supplied by Google, for uniform representation of the fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the web fonts required in your browser’s cache in order to display the texts and fonts correctly.
To do this, the navigator you use must connect to Google’s servers. Consequently, Google is made aware that our website has been consulted via your IP address.
